Knowing the Requisite Factors and Skills for Career Development of MBA Students

Abstract

The research tries to identify the various factors of career development. It further tries to identify the skills required for career development. They study was carried through structured questionnaire among 130 MBA respondents. The response rate was 87 per cent. Mean, cluster analysis and correlation were the statistical tools employed in the study. The research findings highlight the 3 important type of skill sets required for career development. The association among the variables are significant. This study is one of the important studies that is carried among MBA students which is innovative in nature.
