Impact of Employer Branding on Employee Retention & Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

The prime objective of this study to analyse whether employers use branding in their organizations, and how employer branding affects the retention and satisfaction of employees in education sector in indore region. The descriptive survey was adopted for the study. Fifty employees , including junior & senior faculty sampled for the study. The result of the study gives the idea that the organizations use employer branding processes in their institute to attract employees & students. It was found that brand name of the institute significantly influence the decision of employees to join and stay in the organization. It is therefore suggested that employers need to create such work environment with surroundings to enable employees feel comfortable and remain in the organisaton.
