A Study of Major Sectors of Complaints of Product and Services Lodged in Indore District Consumer Forum and Ways to Increase Satisfaction of Consumers for Redressal of their Complaints

Abstract

This study aims to find out the major sectors of complaints of product and services lodged in Indore district consumer forum of Indore district, situated in the heart of state of Madhya Pradesh. This study is completely based on empirical data and based on original contribution in the field where consumers complaints lodged in Indore district forum and ways to enhancement of customer satisfaction level. Indore  is a huge market for buyer and seller. There are a wide range of products and services which sellers introduces time to time for the consumers of Indore. Due to large level of products and services categories and their different qualities and services consumers of Indore faces so many problems and if the sellers or producers of goods and services do not solve their problems they lodge their complaints in Indore district consumer forum against them. This study endeavourers to find out major complaints in these dominant sectors and explore ways to enhance the satisfaction level of consumers when they go to lodge complaint in Indore district consumer forum.
