Executive Perception towards Work - Values: A Study on Tanishq Indore

Abstract

This article analyses the core values of the Tanishq, Indore, as 180 executives perception towards work value of Tanishq. The reporting of values is combined with Critical Incident Technique; based on which the values in actions have been obtained. This study reveals that work values are the best characterized by quality of work, innovation and development, work culture, concern for executive. This article is structured as follows; an overview of literature on culture and values in Tanishq is presented. Thereafter short description of the research method and data are provided, followed by empirical results from the Tanishq, Indore .Implications of result for the Tanishq are discussed, in order to better cope with the tightening competition in the education market.
