Abstract

A customer behaviour analysis is a qualitative and quantitative observation how people or group of members interact with the company or on the purchase of stuffs. The aim of this paper to analyse the customer who buys the product? where you are going to buy?what are you going to buy? when and how you are going to purchase?.Consumer behaviour is the study of individuals or groups and activities which is associated with the purchase of products, and disposal of goods and services, including the consumer emotion, mental and behaviour acknowledgement that follow these activities. Customer behaviour models are typically based on mining of dataof customers, and each model is designed to responda question at one point.The study of consumer behaviour is concerned with all aspects of buying behaviour of customer from pre-purchase activities to post-purchase usage.The correspondence of this paper is to approach customer behaviour analysis based on current- time data processing and association rule for digital signage-based online store. The target of this paper is to analyse behaviour of customers who are visiting the online store frequently and often and spending their time, searching for different things or products. It would also analyse the people, how many of them are there in the online store and how many of them are actually shopping in the store.
