Abstract

The study of customer behaviour analysis deals with a qualitative and quantitative observation of how customers interact with your company. It provides insight into the different variables. In other words it is the study of individuals, groups or organisation and the processes they use to select, secure and dispose of product. The popular marketing and sales tool that may affect consumer behaviour. If reviews and rating have a correlation with consumer purchasing behaviour in digital marketing, and if so then how this correlation could be defined. The data collection and tests have been conducted in a practical environment. The correlation between consumer reviews and products sales. The results have revealed that customer reviews may influence overall product sales and help a consumer in purchasing decision.
