A Need of a change in Teaching Style in Education System

Abstract

This Research paper is focused on changing the perspective of teaching pedagogy. Every teacher have his or her own philosophy on teaching aptitude and attitude. For their individual teaching style, these philosophies serve as a foundation. It is observed that some teachers are still adopting the old method of teaching but some of them are following nea an dinnovative teaching style. There a little studies have been consucted on the impact of teaching pedagogy on academic achievement but available literature suggest that new and innovative teaching pedagogy is far more better than the old an dtraditional method. This researcher used quantitative data to support the idea in order to become more effective in the classroom and produce students with higher levels of academic achievement that teachers need to develop more open-minded styles of teaching.
