The faculty plays an imperative rolein the education system.Its on the qualitative teaching ability of faculty; the future generation of country depends upon.The faculty holds animportant position in the whole infrastructure of the education. Presently, the biggest challenge the educational institute in India isfacing thehigh shortage of qualified, creative and competent faculties.

Present study examines the impact of faculty turnover on the student performance.Factor analysis is used for the analysis.Findings will be helpful in understanding and designing effective retention programs and develop sufficient academic growth plans andgoals to develop institutional commitment among faculties.The better the faculty perform, the more successful the institution will be.
