Abstract

            In current global competition, establishment of Innovative customer satisfaction is paramount to the merit of business. This study was aimed to establish the analyze on effective educational qualification and customer service satisfaction. A sample of 550 customers were undergone a survey using customer satisfaction scale, developed and tested by the researcher in his previous research. With the help of SPSS statistical tool, the collected data was analyzed. The overall customer satisfaction with customer educational qualification.
