Micro-grid a Review in Indian Scenario

Abstract

This paper describes the scope, challenges and policy for the development of micro-grid (MG), architecture in India scenario. Load sharing between MG and main grid during excess power generation and also deficit demand conditions. This paper also describes in which manner the local renewable resources can effectively be utilized for powering the MG to supply fixed and variable loads.
