A STUDY OF MENTAL HEALTH OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS OF ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOLS.

Abstract

 Employee of any institution plays a vital role in the growth of that institution .For smooth functioning of any institution the mental health of the employee should be good, so that they would prove fruitful and productive to the institution. The survey method was used for collection of data and a sample of 100 employees (teachers) were administered with the mental health test  by Arun Kumar Singh and Alpana Sen Gupta .The findings showed that Overall Mental Health of Secondary school teachers is satisfactory. There is no significant difference in the mental health of Male and female Secondary school teachers.
