Abstract

Banking in India is undergoing with sea changes due to advancement in the Digital Technology. It has never been thought that Banking will be on fingerprint of the customer. The recent development taking place in banking transaction looks Digitization process are at nascent stage with the increase of number of users of Smartphones. However in the Indian Context, Digital Era not only brought the boom in the Development of Banking and its reach up to a last man but also poses a challenges of inclusion of vast number of population of the country in Banking transaction which at time not even having a Simple Bank account.
