Abstract

In business terms Digital banking is also known as internet banking or online banking. Customers can do transaction and any other banking activities through online. Digital banking in now a days trending in banking. It is used in day to day activities. Customers can use this service by24*7. Digital marketing paves the way for customers to interact with the back-end officials. It gradually increases the customer satisfaction, business efficiency, increases the data accuracy, ensures safe use of data. It reduces the manual interruption where the human errors are omitted. The physical cash which turned to digital cash saves time as well as people prefer buying at fingertips. The concept of customer relationship management plays a major role in digital banking and as there by customers interaction takes place which eventually result in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
