MEASURING SOUND LEVELS AND ASSESSING THE CONDITION OF THE FOUR SIMILAR CARS: A CRITICAL STUDY

Abstract

Noise pollution is one of the major concerns in todays physical growing world. The number of automobiles is increasing its number day-by-day. As the noise pollution directly or indirectly puts an impact on the human brain, there is an unavoidable emergency in putting the regulatory norms more stringent. We have determined the possible roots for the manifestation of the harsh vibrations from the four-wheeler vehicles. In this study, we analyzed the health of the vehicle by recording and computing the sound levels of the vehicles. For better results, we recorded the sound levels operating the vehicle at different conditions. We also prescribed the preventive and reducible methods for the vehicle to maintain them at optimal working grounds as much as possible.
