XDESIGN - A NEW APPROACH IN UML DESIGN

Abstract

UML is a standard globally accepted for the design purposes in software engineering. There are different types of UML diagrams based on different graphical notations such as, class diagrams, use-case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, collaboration diagrams etc. Each of them has some advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we have tried to show a new approach of designing diagrams in which some of the above said categories are merged to provide overall information of the software engineering process.
