INTERNET OF THINGS SECURITY CHALLENGES AND KEY MANAGEMENT METHOD

Abstract

In recent years, research in the field of Internet of Things has been exploratory growth due wide range of applications of IoT. This is a new area of research of network domain where study about different thing is done. There are some applications which required robust security due to secure nature of applications like smart home, smart wearable for healthcare monitoring, smart grid, and Industrial Internet of Things. In these applications some time sensitive data is generated that must be secure against unauthorized access. There are many challenges for IoT like, Interoperability, Energy efficiency, Bandwidth management, Interfacing, Scalability and Security. So, it is very important to implement robust securities which ensure confidentiality and privacy of data and exchange messages. To ensure the reliable and secure communication, various different solutions have been proposed. Most of the devices in IoT system are not same and have limited processing power and storage space. The existing method and protocols not educate to provide the robust security and not completed the entire requirement.
