Incorporating Green Curriculum in Education: Hope for Future Generation

Abstract

Modern Civilization has affected by Technology and sustains to expand superior economies which include the present global economy. Contribution of technologies and inventions towards the society which consists, Renewable energy, Telecommunication technology Biotech, Computer technology, Automobile technology, Aircraft technology, Atomic & Nuclear technology, technology on the Internet, Nanotechnology, and Space technology have altered the community lifestyle and extended leisure. To continue this leisure of people and society, we must worry about the sustainability and continuity of the adjoining environment. The year 2005-2014 was specifically allotted for Educational sustainable development constituted by The United Nation. This entire process is to build up a bridge among educational institutions and their communities. Education from kindergarten school to higher education focus must be one of present development and on the growth of knowledge, skills, values, and sustainability connected awareness. The present reviews of the curriculum in terms of its specific objectives are understandings of environmental economic and social sustainability and recommended approaches to training, learning, and assessment.

This paper will endeavor to consolidate, how the education and green curriculum can help technologies further sustainable by including and promoting green aspect to shirk environmental depletion and rehabilitated green technology to endow with an unpolluted and uncontaminated planet for the subsequent generation.
