Abstract

This abstract describes the Lean Agile transformation journey through Kanban for a Software Maintenance project in a CMMI appraised IT services organization in India which resulted in improved average Turn Around Time for tickets and enhanced Process Cycle efficiency. The team underwent transformation from typical waterfall life cycle to Agile way of working. During the Lean Agile transformation journey, the project team has worked with innovative steps towards minimizing the process inefficiencies and thus reduced the average turn around time. This has resulted in better Productivity and increased Agility within the team. This has brought in value add to the client in terms of effort saving.
