Abstract

What do other people think is an essential factor of our information association and demand of opinion rich assets like review sites, blogs, favourable circumstances and challenges appear as people can actively use these information technologies to look upon and understand what actually other people think around. In this paper we have used sentiment analysis on a particular sports news article for predicting whether the outcome is negative, neutral or positive. Sentiment analysis (opinion mining) plays a wonderful role in businesses as the customer feedback is a must to improve certain quality of a product. These feedbacks, reviews, comment, news article convey the emotions, attitude of writer/author. Sentiment analysis is itself an algorithm but it can be even carried out with the algorithms like SVM, nae byes, Decision tree, KNN. Sentiment analysis would be the future for better trademarks. It is even useful for businesses to get proper feedback from their customers.
