ANALYZING THE POTENTIAL OF DIGITAL FORENSICS FOR WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM

Abstract

In todays era of Digital Revolution, we have witnessed a lot of advancements in technologies like Mobile Devices, Laptops, Personal Computers and more. With the increasing count of devices and enhancements in technology we also have vulnerabilities and data threats spreading aggressively. We now also depend on electronic devices and Computer Systems which currently, have exclusive designed OSs like iOS, Android, Windows, Linux and more. In this paper we will focus on Windows Operating System and will study about various methods and tools to secure or recover the data with respect to Forensics.
