Abstract

We performed sentimental analysis on Amazon Alexa data. This paper will give some new information about Sentimental Analysis. In this paper we are going to the writers opinion towards a particular product or comment or anything is positive, negative, or neutral. Sentimental analysis can do miracles to understanding business problems. By analysing the reviews of the product companies can increase their profit by knowing the costumers reaction to their product. We can also use text mining method or algorithm for the sentimental analysis. In this method we take most frequently used word and plot it. We represent it by using word cloud. In this paper, the output is not only about the positive and negative sentiments but we will also get the total sentiments such as positive, joy, happy, unhappy
