IMPORTANCE OF M- COMMERCE IN OLA CABS AND ITS BUSINESS MODEL
This paper the importance of M-commerce summarises the development of businesses by using m-commerce and the future direction of m-commerce.
The purpose of this paper is to also analyse the significant growth of OLA cabs using m-commerce. M-commerce which is also known as mobile commerce is the selling and buying of services and goods using mobile phones whereas the E-commerce is referred as all forms of transaction of individual or organisation based on electronic processing of data.
Earlier businesses were mostly restricted to their geographical reach but due to penetration of smartphones in countries like India this barrier has been eliminated. According to statista.com the number of smartphone user in just India is 299.24 million which increasing day by day. Therefore this paper will summarise the importance of M-commerce using OLA cabs as primary example.
