Abstract

The research on customer satisfaction on the Flipkarts Big Billion Days sale, Coimbatore city, has come out with some interesting results and that there is an overall positive satisfaction towards the sales promotion activity. It also revealed which factors influence the satisfaction to what extent. This project is helpful to the company to know how much focus a particular factor needs in order to satisfy the customer. It gave an overall look into the satisfactions levels of all different factors.The factors where the company lags in can be corrected next time in order to have a better satisfaction level next time.
