ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR ON BLACK FRIDAY SALES

Abstract

In this paper, we have provides a detailed analysis and visualize report of 2017 the Back Friday sales records.  This repots highlights the Black Friday sales in various parameters such as age group wise maximum sales amount. We have also reported the product category wise demand for each city with each customer, as he or she is an individual or married. During this analysis, it is found that, age group in between 25 to 35 purchased more as compared to any other group. Finally, we used random forest repressor to predict the purchase amount for a particular age group of customer in a particular city. From this analysis any store who will participate in a future Black Friday sale can prepare themselves to handle and improve their performance.
