DIFFERENTIATE IN EMOTIONAL STABILITY AMONG MALE HANDBALL AND VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

Abstract

Total Subject 30 male (N=30) 15 volleyball and 15 handball players taken as subjects for this study. All the subjects were between age of 18 to25 of Punjabi University Patiala, Punjab. Psychological variable was selected for emotional stability. The study had been analyzed with help of mean, SD and comparison between groups was done with the help of t test for equality of means . The study indicates that there was no significant difference shown in emotional stability level among handball and volleyball players. The study revealed that on the basis of the finding handball players were shown more emotional stability level than volleyball players.
