Abstract

We are all known that it is a competitive world, due to technology and industrial revolution many changes are occurred in industrial area. Competitor brings more profit and accompanying the more customers with less cost. So it is very difficult to sustain in the competition world meanwhile adopting the proper strategy we can sustain in the business. Customer satisfaction and Employees satisfaction are the two eyes of the company. All the business people should satisfy the both internal and external customer. Customers are called as external customer of the business. Employees are called as internal customer of the business. Here we are looking the internal customer. Adopting proper working environment and other factors which are specified in this paper, we can bring good morale among the employees.
