A REVIEW: PHARMACEUTICAL IMPORTANT BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE PYRIMIDOBENZOTHIAZOLES

Abstract

Biological activities of heterocycles: Pyrimidobenzothiazoles have specific properties that can be employing in medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry. More importantly, antiallergic, antitumor, antiparkinsonism, antihypertensive, antiinflammatory antihypotensive, antimalerial,antimicrobial activities, make them more significant. In present days, thiazole derivatives have repeatedly attracted the interest of chemist due to their exceptional biological active behavior. The present study is a review of the latest work carried out by chemist in the discovery of new bioactive pyrimidobenzothiazoles.
