Abstract

The main purpose of Machu Toughened Glass is producing glass and selling that glass to the end users and intermediaries. This study aimed at analysing the customer satisfaction on the product and the service quality. Thus this study says that there is no customer purchasing the products based on their experience in the industry and that they purchase products based on present design, quality, availability, time of delivery etc. Thus it does not engage with the experience of the industry. This industry has greatest exposure. As everyone moving towards modern society to decorate their home with toughened glass which can add more attractiveness towards the modern homes, office space and modular kitchen in shopping malls etc. As they give equal importance to their employees and customer and also concern more about their customer. It does not work on satisfying customers at high level.
