Consumers’ Insight on the Performance of Digital Wallets

Abstract

Present study is aimed at examining factors for users perception towards digital wallet.  Independent variables are problems insights by customers, Risk insights by consumers and solution to risks and problems insight by consumers. Dependent variables are customer satisfaction insight by consumers. Regression analysis is applied to know relationship among variables. Jamovi software is used for data analysis. Based on 445 responses received from users of digital wallet this study is aimed at identifying factors for using digital wallets. Findings include there is positive relationship between customer satisfaction and other variables. It is recommended that efforts for customers will pave the way for non-users in adoption of digital wallets.
