Abstract

The aim of this study provides the information regarding the factors affecting on Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) by collecting and compiling various research studies related to the factors ofGreen Human Resource Management. The current study also includes the trends because of the latest technique as well the impact of Green Human Resource Managementon the environmental factors. Two various aspects are taken about the factors effect on green human resources. One of the categories defined the factors those create hindrance such that barriers for the managers in the organization during its implementation for high performance. Another category have been found the factors or enablers those may help the managers for implementing the green human resources in the organizations. Further some of the effects have been discussed about the green human resources after implementing into organization.
