Abstract

            Rural Entrepreneurs play an important role in present economy  and a large number of micro enterprises in developing countries are undertaken by women Entrepreneurs. Rural entrepreneurs Frequently have their primary responsibility as agricultural production, in addition to domestic responsibilities. The entrepreneurs an effective strategy to solve the problem of rural poverty, SHGs Promoting local knowledge, occupational skills and available resources involving work force. Policy markers, rural development practitioners and Educationists in recent years concentrating their attention on SHGs as an instrument for the over all development of rural and construction social change.
