Abstract

An eco friendly vehicle is otherwise called as a green vehicle. It is also named as clean vehicle or a vehicle which is environment friendly. It is a motor vehicle on road which produces decreased harmful effects to environment when compared with the other vehicles which uses petrol, diesel or gases as a fuel. The features of an e-vehicle are; it has rechargeable batteries which have got the power to store electrical energy; has one or even more electrical motors. The electric motors facilitate the electric cars with immediate torque, which creates smooth and strong acceleration. This article has dealt with the green vehicle usages in India and global.
