Abstract

The primary objective of this paper is to examine the correlation among the different dimensions of the human resource development practice. The research was carried on in the cement manufacturing industries in Tamil Nadu. Simple random sampling was done to select the sample population and the sample size was fixed at 100. The method of correlation was executed to assess the relationship between the different dimensions of human resource development practice. The findings of the study showed that there was a strong and positive association among the various dimensions of human resource development.
