UNDERSTANDING CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLES AMONG STUDENTS

Abstract

Conflict management skills are vital part of the individuals in the present scenario to function effectively at all walks of life. In this present study, the author made an attempt to understand the conflict management styles of the students with the help of Rahims conflict management styles inventory. In order to understand the students conflicts handling methods. The selected conflict management styles measure is administered among the students. The result reveals that the marketing specialization students were exhibits the significant difference in the usage of integrating style when students resolve the conflicts. Further implications are discussed in this article.
