COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON THE RELATINSHIP BETWEEN OCB AND BURNOUT

Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to frame a relationship among burnout and the OCB. Efforts were also made in the study to determine the connection between OCB and burnout. The population of the study was defined respondents. Therefore data was collected through simple random sampling. The employees of textile showroom in Chidambaram were selected as the respondents for this study. Owing to the accessibility and Chidambaram being one of the major floating populations in Tamilnadu, it was taken as the area of research for this study. the result of this study reveals that, most of the Burnout was noteworthy, and the coefficient is optimistic which would point out that 3 statements are related with higher degree of burnout.
